Host, Co-Producer/Creator

Born in Ottawa, Canada, Henry spent his childhood in a modified log cabin in the country beside a lake in Parry Sound, northern Ontario. He developed a desire to problem solve at an early age, when you have to chop through ice to get water, you learn fast. He started martial arts training during his high school years after he moved back to Ottawa. He has studied Jiu Jitsu, kickboxing, wrestling, Judo and is currently studying Karaté.

Exec Producer / Research / Wardrobe

Born in Llangollen, Wales, Catherine moved to Canada when she was two years old. Catherine was involved in theatre from a young age and worked as a professional actor for many years. She returned to university to become a teacher, and taught elementary school for 15 years, working in Halifax, Parry Sound and Ottawa. Catherine has recently completed her Teaching English as a Second Language Certificate at Carleton University and is pursuing a career as a language instructor.

Co-Producer/Creator

Born in Weston-Super-Mare, England, Kate immigrated to Canada as a young child. She became interested in pursuing a career in the arts while attending Queen’s University in Pre-Law. Kate has been a professional actor, director, writer and arts educator for many years. Kate returned to school to study Behavioural Therapy with a specialization in Autism, and now also works as a Life and Jobs Skills coach.
